Whether you’re considering a biomass replacement for your conventional domestic boiler, or planning to heat a large commercial building, you’re assured of the highest standards of professional service and care. Following your enquiry, the process runs something like this.

Initial site visit

We’ll visit your premises to assess its layout, suitability and access (for fuel deliveries) and discuss your requirements and objectives. We’ll talk you through the RHI scheme, and the pro and cons of woodfuel heating and solar systems.

Technical visit

Our Heating Engineering Director will then make a full technical assessment, including taking basic measurements, calculating heat loads and the building’s thermal efficiency, and gathering other information required to prepare our quotation. On very large-scale projects, such as a school or public building, we may also bring in specialist consultants and technical staff from our suppliers to advise.

Quotation

Our quotation will include CAD drawings, prepared by our own designers. If you require assistance in financing your project, we work with various specialists in renewables financing.

Installation

Once we receive your order and deposit, we’ll order the boiler and related equipment, some of which may be delivered direct to your site, and assemble it.

Commissioning

We will include on-site training at the commissioning of your system.

Follow-up

We’ll provide maintenance and training on a contract for as many years as you require. Our biomass boilers are among the very best available: when operated and maintained correctly, they should provide 25-30 years’ efficient, trouble-free service.
